Welcome to the OETC!
The Oklahoma Environmental Training Center (OETC) was established in 1975 by Gubernatorial appointment to provide environmental training for the state of Oklahoma. The center offers a broad range of affordable environmental, safety, water and wastewater certificate classes. All levels of operator certification training are provided.
This is the first edition of The Main Event newsletter provided by OETC. The title was that of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality’s newsletter. ODEQ discontinued producing the newsletter due to budget reductions. ODEQ has allowed Rose State College to use the title.
- Classes are held at the Professional Training Center on 1720 Hudiburg Drive in Midwest City.
- Lab classes for Water and Wastewater are held at the Health and Environmental Science building.
Disinfectant By-Product classes are now available as well.
